1. Services Provided
We provide professional website design and hosting services. Our websites are tailored to client needs and hosted securely on our servers.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed via Stripe.
- No refunds are offered for payments made.
- If you stop paying, we reserve the right to take down your website.
3. Ownership of Website
Websites created by us are owned by KIZO Agency during the subscription period. After 2 years of continued subscription payments, you may take full ownership of your website. Our websites are built using reusable components to ensure high-quality design and rapid delivery. While we strive to customize each website to our clients’ unique needs, some elements may be similar across websites.
4. Intellectual Property
Designs, templates, and code used in creating websites remain the intellectual property of KIZO Agency unless ownership is transferred after 2 years. You acknowledge that templates and similar building blocks may be reused across projects.
5. Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by website downtime, hosting issues, or errors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the subscription plan for the affected period.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time. Upon termination, we will retain the right to take down your website unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be reflected on this page.
